Rebirth WOD brings together workout programming, class scheduling, bookings, membership management, Stripe payments, attendance tracking, personal records, achievements, leaderboards and athlete engagement tools in one platform.
Can I create and schedule workouts?
Yes. Coaches can create complete workout programmes, including warm-ups, strength work, conditioning, modifications and cool-downs, then schedule and share them with athletes.
How does class booking work?
Athletes can view upcoming classes and book their place online. Rebirth WOD helps gyms manage capacity, cancellations, waiting lists, attendance and membership limits from one central system.
How does Rebirth WOD keep athletes engaged?
Athletes can follow their progress through personal records, achievements, challenges, leaderboards and training insights. These features encourage consistency, celebrate progress and strengthen your gym community.
Can athletes track personal records and achievements?
Yes. Athletes can record personal bests, monitor their progress over time and unlock achievements that recognise consistency, milestones and improvements.
Does Rebirth WOD include leaderboards and challenges?
Yes. Leaderboards and monthly challenges create friendly competition, motivate athletes to stay active and give your community new goals to work towards together.
Can I manage memberships and class packages?
Yes. You can create membership plans and class packages, assign them to athletes and control how many classes each plan allows.
How do Stripe payments work?
Rebirth WOD integrates with Stripe to securely process memberships and class purchases. Athletes complete their payment through Stripe’s checkout, while Rebirth WOD keeps their membership connected to your gym.
Are payments sent directly to my gym?
Yes. Each gym connects its own Stripe account, so payments are processed directly through that account. Rebirth WOD never holds your gym’s funds.
Do I need an existing Stripe account?
You can connect an existing Stripe account or create one during the secure onboarding process. Stripe may request business and identity information before enabling payments.
Can I import my existing Stripe products?
Yes. Rebirth WOD can retrieve active products from your connected Stripe account, helping you bring existing memberships and packages into the platform.
Can I manage coaches and athletes separately?
Yes. Coaches and athletes have different roles and access levels, ensuring each person sees the features and information relevant to them.
Can I customise Rebirth WOD for my gym?
Yes. You can configure your class schedules, capacity, coaches, membership plans, cancellation policies, workout programmes and other settings around your gym’s operations.
Does it work on mobile devices?
Yes. Rebirth WOD is responsive and works across smartphones, tablets and computers, allowing coaches and athletes to access it wherever they are.
Can I migrate from another gym management platform?
Yes. We can help you move essential gym, athlete and membership information into Rebirth WOD. The migration process will depend on the format and availability of your existing data.
How long does setup take?
Most gyms can get started quickly. Setup time depends on your number of athletes, membership plans, class schedules and whether existing data needs to be imported.
Is training and support included?
Yes. We will help you configure your gym, understand the main features and get your coaches comfortable using Rebirth WOD. Ongoing support is also available when you need it.
Is my gym and athlete data secure?
Rebirth WOD uses secure authentication and protected infrastructure to safeguard your data. Payments are processed by Stripe, so sensitive card details are never stored by Rebirth WOD.
How much does Rebirth WOD cost?
Our pricing is simple and designed for independent gyms. New subscribers can also benefit from our founding offer, which locks in their price for two years while places remain available.
What does the two-year fixed-price offer include?
The first 100 subscribers can lock in their Rebirth WOD subscription price for two years. You will continue receiving platform improvements and new features during that period without an increase to your agreed price.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. The two-year price guarantee protects your subscription price—it does not lock you into a two-year contract.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You can cancel your Rebirth WOD subscription in accordance with your billing terms. Your access will continue until the end of your current paid period.
How do I get started?
Simply select Start Your Membership and complete the registration process. We will then help you configure your gym, connect Stripe, create your memberships and prepare the platform for your coaches and athletes.
