The 2024 Rogue Invitational is set to take place at P&J Live in Aberdeen, Scotland, from November 8-10. 

This year marks a major milestone for the prestigious CrossFit event as it steps outside of the United States for the first time in its six-year history. 

Known for being the largest off-season CrossFit competition, the Invitational promises three days of fierce competition with an impressive prize purse and a lineup of elite CrossFit, Strongman, and Strongwoman athletes.

    • Format: 10 rounds for time
    • Workout: Sandbag carry and 400-meter run
  2. Event 2: North Sea Tiger
    • Time: 3:45 p.m. GMT | 10:45 a.m. EST
    • Workout: 32/26 calories on Echo Bike, 16 ring muscle-ups, 8 squat snatches (225/160 pounds), and 6 shuttle sprints
  3. Event 3: Braveheart
    • Time: 7:15 p.m. GMT | 2:15 p.m. EST
    • Workout: 8-6-4-2 reps of wall walk complex and back squat (375/260 pounds)

Saturday, November 9

  1. Event 4: Hunting Haggis
    • Time: 10:40 a.m. GMT | 5:40 a.m. EST
    • Workout: 1000-meter row, 30 thrusters (135/95 pounds), 30/20 log muscle-ups, repeat 30 thrusters, and 1000-meter row
  2. Event 5: Devil’s Tail

    • Workout: Repeated sets of 3 rope climbs and 21 single-arm Cyr Bell devil presses (100/70 pounds)

Legends Division: Honoring CrossFit Icons

The Rogue Invitational Legends Division is returning to the stage in 2024, bringing together 16 of the most accomplished and beloved athletes in CrossFit history. 

This roster celebrates former champions, long-time Games competitors, and iconic figures who have shaped the sport over the years. 

Among them are five former Fittest on Earth titleholders, and together, they’ve made an astounding 94 appearances at the CrossFit Games. 

Many have stood on the podium in some of the most challenging years of CrossFit, covering nearly every Games season from 2007 to 2021.
